Dr. Girish C. M. (Co-Founder & CEO)
Dr. Girish holds a Ph.D. in Nanomedical Sciences from Amrita Vishwa idyapeetham and is a recipient of the INSPIRE Faculty Award from the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. He has further strengthened his leadership and commercialization
capabilities through prestigious programs at Stanford Seed, MIT and the Society of Technology Management (STEM). At Thanmatra Life, he shapes the company’s strategic and business direction, advances the product pipeline, and builds partnerships that drive commercialization.
Dr. Manitha Nair (Co-Founder & CTO)
Dr. Manitha holds a Ph.D. in Tissue Engineering from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, India, and completed postdoctoral research at Rice University and the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. With two decades of experience in translational biomedical research, she has expertise in medical device development, regulatory strategy, and clinical trials for Class C/D devices in India. At Thanmatra Life, she leads technology development and regulatory strategy, ensuring innovations are translated into clinically compliant and market-ready products.
Dr. Manzoor Koyakutty (Co-Founder & CSO)
Dr. Manzoor is a globally recognized scientist with years of experience in nanotechnology and biomedical innovation, and currently serves as a Fulbright-Nehru Visiting Professor at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, USA. He holds over 50 patents, and has been recognized
among the Top 2% Scientists in the World by Stanford University. At Thanmatra Life, he steers the scientific direction, translating research into affordable and quality products.
